Last month, I have joined my company team building activity which is called as Dragon Boat. I reached Marina Putrajaya at 7.50 am. The view of the lake scene is beautiful and attractive with the morning sunset and the beautiful building around the lake. The peaceful of the lake also makes you feel relax and refresh while walking around the environment.
Dragon boat activity can be considered as one of the favorite water activity that most of the people will experience it with their friends at Marina Putrajaya. This is also my first time joining my company team members for dragon boat activity. About the rules, firstly, we need to divide our members into two groups with 13 people respectively. It will be 12 people to paddle the boat and one leader creates rapport among the group during the competition. Meanwhile, there will be one lifeguard provided by the organizer for each dragon boat to control the direction of the boat. After forming a group, there will be one trainer provides a briefing about how to handle the paddle property and safety regulation.
Next, we need to warm up ourselves and have a water adaption test before the activity started by the organizer. After doing all of the warm-up and adaption activities, we will practice paddling the boat. The view of the morning is very nice although the weather is hot. Next, our dragon boat competition is started by the organizer.
During the competition, the leader will beat the drum in order to create rapport among us. The lifeguard will stand behind to control the direction of the boat. The activity is exciting, fun and interesting. The certificate of fitness will be provided by the organizer as well once the activity is completed. Frankly, this is also a good place for jogging, exercising and having lunch or dinner with your friends or family. Sometime I will visit the place again for jogging. In the place, you can also rent a bike or scooter surround the environment.
About the cafe and restaurant around the Marina Putrajaya, it has divided into two sides which are Baraombak Restaurant and Indus Cafe.

About Baraombak, the restaurant provides the services about buffet, wedding event, or any other celebration which is requiring a hall to conduct it.
Besides that, you can enjoy the lake scene of Putrajaya by sitting outside of the restaurant.
On the other hand, Indus Cafe is almost similar to Baraombak restaurant, but you can do birthday party with your friends, dinner, or product launching event. Actually, I haven't taste the food inside the restaurants. Anyway, one thing that I want to share here is, these cafes and restaurant can enjoy the sunset and view of the lake. Nevertheless, these cafes are closed during the weekend.
